MultiTech is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor.


  • Oversee and manage assigned production line, i.e. automation, test, analog.
  • Effectively communicate scheduling changes, quality issues, and changes in work instructions and/or processes and procedures to assigned work cell.
  • Communicate various decisions and policies between management levels and employees.
  • Ensure that the establish procedures for maintaining high standards of products meet the customer and company quality standards.
  • Knowledge of equipment, processes, procedures and maintenance per assigned lines.
  • Coordinate various programs pertaining to manufacturing procedures (i.e., safety, training, cost reduction, etc.).
  • Hire, develop, and evaluate employees. Train new and existing employees to ensure that Multi-Tech standards are satisfactorily met.
  • Follow and enforce Multi-Tech rules and policies and provide leadership through training and example.
  • Perform duties of all work station positions as needed.
  • Adhere to ESD requirements and safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret technical procedures and documents. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
  • Good math aptitude (i.e. fractions, decimals).
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machines and computers.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel); Qantel and Document Control System experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of manufacturing experience.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
